3.2 You retain responsibility for all content uploaded to your listing. Content must comply with all applicable laws and must not be offensive, defamatory, or misleading.

3.3 We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Reviews and Messaging

4.1 Your listing may receive reviews from customers. You agree to not solicit fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

4.2 Users may contact you via direct messaging on our platform. You must respond professionally and ethically.

5. Prohibited Conduct (Businesses and Visitors)

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or use content unrelated to the signage industry.
• Misrepresent your business, services, or identity.
• Engage in harassment, threats, or unlawful behavior toward other users.
• Share or misuse other businesses’ information for unauthorized purposes.

7. Termination

8. Payment Transactions and Business Protection

8.2 Business Protection

• Businesses are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and up-to-date.
• SignUp Directory is not liable for failed payments caused by incorrect information or technical issues outside our control.
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to our Payment and Refund Policy, which users must accept when making a payment.

8.3 Limitation of Liability for Payments
